COVID-19 IMPORTANT UPDATE<\/p>\n
Dear Patients,<\/p>\n
We are now prioritising appointments for our patients who have had dental emergencies or problems, in order of urgency. Please do not attend the practice unless you have an appointment. We are aware that there are many patients who are waiting to hear from us, and please rest assured we will be in touch.<\/p>\n
We have been working hard behind the scenes, and the most important thing is our team and patients safety and comfort. As you are aware, our surgeries have always been very clean and safe environments. However, we have upgraded our PPE and re-designed the patient journey in line with social distancing.<\/p>\n

SCREENING FOR COVID<\/h4>\n
All patients and staff are screened for COVID-19 symptoms and history for everyone’s safety.<\/p>\n<\/div>

RING BELL ON ARRIVAL<\/h4>\n
Ring bell on arrival and wait outside until you are allowed in. Bring minimum amount of belongings and come unaccompanied unless you require a parent or carer. If you have a mask, come wearing it.<\/p>\n<\/div>

TEMPERATURE CHECK<\/h4>\n
On arrival a member of staff will let you in and check your temperature to make sure you don’t have a fever.<\/p>\n<\/div>

HAND SANITISER<\/h4>\n
You will be asked to sanitise your hands on arrival and please avoid touching walls and doors.<\/p>\n<\/div>

WE WILL BE IN PPE<\/h4>\n
You will be escorted to the surgery. The clinician and staff will be wearing PPE – it’s still us behind the masks! We will then go ahead with your appointment and there maybe some things we have to do differently.<\/p>\n<\/div>

DISINFECTION<\/h4>\n
When you leave the room we will thoroughly disinfect the surgery and sterilise instruments in our dedicated decontamination room according to our infection control policies.<\/p>\n<\/div>

PAYMENT<\/h4>\n
Payments are ideally taken via a contactless method. We can take payment over the phone. If you do not have a card and want to pay cash, you will need to give the exact amount in a clear bag.<\/p>\n<\/div>
