Your toothbrush should be 6ft away from the toilet
To avoid airbourne germs from the flush of a toilet which generally travel 6ft.
Sensitive teeth?
Try using Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief or Sensodyne.
Replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months or if bristles become worn or frayed
the old brush will have a lot of bacteria on it from your mouth. You should also always replace your brush after cold or flu.
Your gums should NOT bleed
This is a indication of periodontal disease.
Coffee, tea, red wine can stain your teeth
If you find your teeth are getting stained, talk to the dentist or see a hygienist who can advise the best way to look after teeth prone to staining.
People involved in sports need proper mouth protection
To prevent mouth injuries, knocked out teeth and possible concussion.
Brush your teeth before breakfast
his is due to bad bacteria which gathers in your mouth overnight. They will then feed from your breakfast and multiply, meaning more harm to your teeth and gums. If you brush that bacteria away before breakfast then you are not adding to it.
