Replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months or if bristles become worn or frayed

Coffee, tea, red wine can stain your teeth
If you find your teeth are getting stained, talk to the dentist or see a hygienist who can advise the best way to look after teeth prone to staining.

Brush your teeth before breakfast
his is due to bad bacteria which gathers in your mouth overnight. They will then feed from your breakfast and multiply, meaning more harm to your teeth and gums. If you brush that bacteria away before breakfast then you are not adding to it.
Don't rinse your mouth with water after brushing
As you will wash the fluoride from the tooth paste away
